AI chatbots are a new way to interact with visitors and potential website leads. Instead of relying on a traditional chatbot with a limited Knowledge base, the AI chatbots are powered with LLMs like ChatGPT and its various models.

I have created a couple of chatbots using OpenAI assistant API to create assistants/agents that are then connected with a Chatbot Interface(VoiceFlow, Synthflow) and then published on the website.

These chatbots can retrieve the knowledge base of a company/organization and thus can provide very intuitive and human-like interaction with a visitor or a potential lead.

We can also extend the functionality of these bots to schedule meetings, and requirements gathering, call the leads, and provide general support.
